1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EchoCAD Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

EchoCAD Designs is a cloud-based shop drawing elevation generator built for glazing professionals. The service allows users to create, manage, and export frame elevation drawings for use in glazing and construction projects.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@echocad-designs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Billing

EchoCAD Designs is a paid subscription service with a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription:

• Monthly: $14.99/month
• Annual: $144/year (billed once annually)

Billing is processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access to EchoCAD Designs will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EchoCAD Designs only for lawful, legitimate business purposes. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure.
• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

EchoCAD Designs — including its software, design, and interface — is owned by DSE Digital Marketing LLC. All rights reserved.

Your data and drawings remain your property. We claim no ownership over the projects, frames, or files you create using the service.

8. Disclaimer

EchoCAD Designs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The drawings and outputs generated by the software are for reference purposes. You are solely responsible for verifying all drawings independently before using them in any construction or fabrication project.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSE Digital Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of EchoCAD Designs. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
